Characteristic
Polyacrylonitrile based carbon fiber, referred to as PAN based fiber, is widely used in automotive, aerospace, construction, sports, medical and other fields.
The process of preparing polyacrylonitrile fiber in production is:
Polyacrylonitrile resin → polyacrylonitrile fiber → pre oxidation → carbonization → graphitization → surface treatment → coiling → carbon fiber.
The carbon felt produced by zopin has the characteristics of high temperature resistance(2500C), high carbon content(Carbon content up to 99% - 99.99%), light weight and excellent heat insulation performance
