Conductive Carbon Coated Aluminum Foil is used in the substrate / current collector in battery R&D and industries. Compared with bare aluminum foil, the conductive carbon-coated aluminum foil is improved adhesion to the electrode material. It features better electrical conductivity and less internal resistivity. It also has better mechanical strength and toughness to avoid short circuits caused by dendrite growth. It provides a larger discharging capability and longer service life for Li-Ion batteries.

Note: The aluminum foil surface can be coated by carbon, cathode materials, e.g. LiFePO4, LiCoO2, upon request.
