Nb dopped SrTiO3 single crystal has a similar structure to SrTiO3, However NSTO with conductivity. With a different resistivity in doping concentration of 0.1 ~ 0.001wt%. Conduction of single crystal substrate provide electrodes for films and devices. At present we can offer niobium doped concentration: 0.05%, 0.1%, 0.5% and 0.7% of Nb: SrTiO3.
